1. General Terms Blue Cruise Turkey Tours are brands operated by Farout Tourism Co. Ltd. - Soh Travel Agency, based in Turkey. Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the brands and their associated services are referred to as "Farout," "we," "us," or "our." By accessing or using our websites, you agree to comply with these website terms. Customers who make a booking may also be subject to additional booking conditions specific to their selected tour, cruise, yacht charter, or other travel service. Where service-specific booking conditions apply, they will be communicated as part of the reservation process. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Our Services Farout provides or arranges a range of tourism and travel services, including:
• Blue Cruises and gulet holidays
• Private yacht and gulet charters
• Cabin charter cruises
• Daily tours and activities
• Airport and private transfers
Depending on the service, Farout may act as the tour organiser, direct service provider, or an intermediary travel agency. The details of the confirmed reservation will determine the identity of the relevant service provider and the applicable booking conditions.
3. Website Information We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the descriptions, prices, itineraries, photographs, and other information published on our websites are accurate and up to date. However, prices, availability, vessel details, tour programmes, departure times, and service arrangements may change. Information published on our websites does not, by itself, constitute a confirmed reservation or an unconditional offer. The final details of your booking will be established by your booking confirmation and the applicable service conditions.
4. Booking Requests and Confirmation
Customers may submit booking enquiries through our websites, email, telephone, or other available communication channels.
Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee availability or confirm a reservation.
A booking is confirmed once the relevant availability and payment requirements have been satisfied and Farout has issued the applicable booking confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a reservation.
Any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information will be assessed according to the circumstances, the applicable booking terms, and relevant law. 5. Prices and Payment Terms
Prices may vary depending on the travel date, season, vessel, cabin type, number of guests, and services selected.
A deposit, partial payment, or full payment may be required to confirm a reservation.
The required payment amount, payment deadlines, accepted payment methods, and currency will be communicated during the booking process.
Services included and excluded from the price will be specified in the relevant tour description, quotation, or booking confirmation.
Bank charges, currency conversion fees, and other payment-related costs may apply depending on the payment method and relevant booking conditions. 6. Cancellations and Refunds

Our Blue Cruises operate along Turkey's Mediterranean coast aboard traditional gulets.
Depending on the selected itinerary, cruises may have different departure ports, arrival ports, durations, and transfer arrangements.
Some tours are marketed using destinations such as Olympos even though passengers physically board or disembark at Demre Harbour.
Where applicable, transfers between Olympos or Cirali and Demre Harbour are included as specified in the selected itinerary.
Customers should review the confirmed departure location, meeting point, boarding arrangements, and transfer instructions before travelling.
9. Itinerary and Route Changes
Blue Cruise operations are subject to weather conditions, sea conditions, port regulations, navigational safety, and operational requirements.
The safety of passengers and crew is our priority.
The captain may change the sailing route, anchorage locations, swimming stops, or departure times when necessary for safety or other legitimate operational reasons.
Where reasonably possible, customers will be informed of significant changes.
Any rights, alternative arrangements, or remedies resulting from changes will be determined according to the applicable booking conditions and relevant law.
10. Vessel and Accommodation Changes
Occasionally, vessel maintenance, mechanical problems, safety requirements, or other operational circumstances may require a change of vessel or accommodation arrangements.
In such cases, Farout will assess suitable alternatives in accordance with the booking agreement and applicable legal obligations.
Where a vessel or cabin change materially affects the confirmed service, the customer's applicable legal and contractual rights will be respected.
Photographs and general vessel descriptions should be considered alongside the specifications and conditions of the confirmed reservation.
11. Departure Times and Meeting Points
Customers are responsible for arriving at the confirmed meeting point at the specified time.
Depending on the cruise, passengers may meet directly at the departure harbour or join an included transfer service.
Exact meeting points, pick-up arrangements, and boarding instructions will be provided in the booking confirmation or subsequent departure information.
Customers experiencing travel delays should contact Farout as soon as possible.
Late arrivals and missed departures will be handled according to the relevant booking conditions and applicable law.
12. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are expected to follow the safety instructions provided by the captain, crew, and authorised staff.
Passengers must:
• Treat other guests and crew members respectfully
• Follow safety instructions and emergency procedures
• Use onboard equipment responsibly
• Avoid behaviour that endangers others
• Respect the vessel and its facilities
• Comply with applicable laws
• Carry required travel documents
• Meet the participation requirements of their selected tour
Serious safety violations, unlawful conduct, or behaviour that places others at risk may result in appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and the booking conditions.
13. Age Restrictions
Certain Blue Cruise programmes are designed for specific age groups.
Sail Turkey cruises are intended for travellers aged 18–39.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet the eligibility requirements of the tour they book.
Other cruises may have different age requirements or policies concerning children.
The conditions applicable to each tour will be provided in the relevant tour details.
14. Optional Activities
Optional activities such as scuba diving, paragliding, and other excursions may be available during certain Blue Cruise programmes.
These activities are not necessarily included in the standard cruise price.
Availability may depend on weather conditions, local operators, safety requirements, and participation restrictions.
Optional activities may be provided by independent, appropriately authorised operators.
The responsibilities of Farout and the activity providers will be determined by the applicable law and the arrangements under which the activity is offered.
15. Travel Documents and Health Requirements
Customers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, identification documents, and other documents required for their journey.
We recommend that travellers consider suitable travel and medical insurance covering their planned activities.
Guests with mobility requirements, medical concerns, or other special needs are encouraged to contact Farout before booking so that the suitability of the requested service can be assessed.
16. Third-Party Service Providers
Certain services may be arranged through independent yacht operators, accommodation providers, transport companies, guides, or other tourism businesses.
The identity of the service provider and the parties responsible for delivering the booked service will depend on the confirmed arrangements.
Where Farout acts as an intermediary, its responsibilities remain subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant agreement.
Nothing in these terms removes statutory obligations that apply to Farout.
17. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, icons, trademarks, layouts, and other materials on our websites belong to Farout or their respective rights holders.
These materials are protected by Turkish and applicable international intellectual property laws.
Unauthorised commercial reproduction, distribution, republication, or use of website content is prohibited.
